Yes it is clean, simple, elegant, etc. Rotating bezel (unidirectional) which is great for timing breaks at work, laundry (I'm in college), and parking meters. The rubber band is comfortable, sticks to your hand. So, a qualified positive review, when it would have been a straightforward excellent.
