The watch is a large-size of 43.00 mm Breitling chronometer automatic watch and it is a beautiful sight indeed. It's a nicer size for me as my wrist is probably lager than the average-joe size. The watch has a very nice weight and heft to it. The second hand floats across the face as many automatic watches do with the subtlest of tick-tick-tick-tick noises.
