I waited until I was 46 to buy my first high end watch - and I took my time looking around. I have a narrow wrist - and most men's watches look and feel huge. My preference is a diamond watch with a stainless steel band - but again it had to be under 40mm diameter and not too thick. This 38 mm Cartier watch really fits well on my wrist and the skeleton design makes it so special and it keeps great time. I am so happy with my purchase on it!
