First the watch is great and I'm very pleased with it. But I'm not writning about the watch. I wish to thank hugowatches.co for the way they handled the exchange and waived the restocking charges. Your records should indicate the mistakes I made in trying to reorder. It was my fault as I got confused on how to make the exchange. Bottom line...
